Trench Mesh

Trench mesh is long, narrow sheets of concrete reinforcing mesh, ideal for trenches, paths or other narrow spaces.

The trench mesh products all come 6.0m long with a variety of standard widths from 200mm to 400mm.

The wire used in our reinforcing mesh has a ribbed profile. This ribbed profile improves bonding to concrete, which minimizes concrete cracking that may occur as a result of concrete shrinkage.

Its longitudinal wires (main wire) from 7.6 mm up to 16 mm diameter, and cross wire in 4 mm or 4.75 mm diameter.

Reinforcing steel cut and bent to specified lengths as required. Free scheduling worked out by our experience scheduling team.

We supply processed bar for retaining wall footings, block walls, conventional slabs, suspended decks and dropped edge beam for waffle pod slabs.

All bar is tagged with schedules and marking plans provided where required.

Prefabricated Cages

Made to order welded and pre-fabricated cages can be provided for pier, pile and footing reinforcement.

Standard configurations for footing cages are 10mm bar to 16mm bar with rectangular and Z-shapes to suit beams and edge beams. They are supplied in 6 metre lengths and in quantities to complete slab in full as per your scheduled plans.

Pier Liners

Formwork for inground piers, made of galvanised rolled metal.

Available in 300mm, 400mm, 450mm, 600mm diameters and 4m or 6m lengths.

The original name in steel formwork, BONDEK® is an efficient, versatile and robust structural decking and ceiling system for concrete slabs.

It is a highly regarded formwork product offering efficiency and speed of construction.
